Demo Team

A group of students who are committed to working as a team to demonstrate  the benefits of superior concentration, patience, and a positive attitude from a Traditional Karate Program.

 This demonstration of self-discipline and self-improvement of the body, mind and spirit shows that the TRI-STAR KARATE TEAM is on a quest to be their best.. "OSU"

 · To join this team you must be committed to train hard, get to all classes and to be your best.

 · You must attend a minimum of  2 of your class per week to participate on Demo team.

 Commitment is key, we take this very serious! So, if your plate is too full do not sign up.

 Note: This team is FREE to you...You will be learning new and sometimes more advanced material. We take the extra time to train you to be your best and we expect you to be respectful and get to training classes each week and to the games.
