Leadership is a process by which a person influences and directs others to accomplish a goal.  In the Martial Arts, the symbol of leadership is the Black Belt.  The Black Belt has and shows self-discipline, confidence, knowledge and skills.  Good leaders are not born; they are developed through study, education, training and experience.  If you have the desire, passion, and discipline, you can be an effective leader.

  •    Attend a special Black Belt Leadership Class held every 1st Friday of the month unless otherwise posted.  This class focuses on developing leadership skills and self-esteem, how to be a strong assistant instructor, and much more.
  •  Receive a special discount for signing up for 2-years.
  •  Receive a Silver Leadership Patch to be worn on the right Sleeve of your gi.
  •  Have the opportunity to learn advanced and Black Belt techniques, Leadership skills, and Okinawan weapons.
  •  Avoid any tuition increases during the 2-year period.
  •  Attire- Leadership students wear the white gi top & black gi pants in ALL classes.
  •  Receive a 10% discount on seminars and all pro-shop purchases (must pay S&H). Note: No extra discounts on sale items. 
  •  Members will receive 2 class credits for each leadership class attended.
  •  Locker included for 2 years while in this awesome club.  Saving $50.000 

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Student must help in classes other than their own.
  2. Students must do the extra work required in this class.
  3. Must join the Ryukyu Hon Federation
